ZK999 Terms and Conditions — Full Platform Rules for Pakistani Players

01 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you ("the Player") and ZK999 ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the ZK999 website, mobile interface and all services offered thereon. By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet at ZK999, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them without reservation.

ZK999 operates as an online gaming and betting platform serving players in Pakistan. All transactions on the platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). ZK999 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the ZK999 platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the ZK999 platform and must not create an account. 02 Account Registration

To participate in any real-money activity at ZK999, you must first create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address and a valid Pakistani mobile number. Providing false information at registration is a violation of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold one ZK999 account only. Multiple accounts created by the same person — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers or payment methods — constitute a violation of these Terms. If ZK999 discovers duplicate accounts, all accounts involved will be closed, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any bonus winnings accumulated across those accounts will be voided.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ZK999 login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, deposits made and withdrawals requested — is your responsibility regardless of whether you personally authorised that activity. ZK999 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact ZK999 support immediately to have your account secured.

• Do not share your ZK999 password with any third party under any circumstances.
• Use a unique password not used on any other platform.
• Enable 2FA from your ZK999 account settings for an additional layer of security.
• Always log out of ZK999 when using a shared or public device.

03 Identity Verification (KYC)

ZK999 is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals above a set threshold. This process is known as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification and is a standard requirement for all legitimate online gaming platforms. KYC is not a penalty or a delay tactic — it is a regulatory and security measure that protects both the player and the platform.

Documents Required

When KYC is triggered on your ZK999 account, you will be asked to provide one or more of the following documents:

• A government-issued photo ID — CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) is the preferred document for Pakistani players.
• A recent utility bill, bank statement or mobile wallet statement as proof of your current address, dated within the last three months.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits — for example, a screenshot of your Easypaisa or JazzCash account showing your registered mobile number matching the one on your ZK999 account.

Verification Timeline

ZK999 aims to complete standard KYC verification within 24 hours of receiving complete and legible documentation. Withdrawals will be held pending the completion of verification for accounts flagged for review. If you submit incomplete or unclear documents, ZK999 will contact you to request corrected materials, and the 24-hour timeline will reset from the point of receiving the corrected documents.

04 Deposits and Payment Methods

ZK999 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount at ZK999 is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit applied by the platform, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction caps. ZK999 does not charge any fees on deposits made via Pakistani mobile wallets.

Accepted Deposit Methods at ZK999

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. ZK999 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is received from an account that does not match the name on your ZK999 account, the funds may be held pending verification or returned. Any deposit subsequently reversed or charged back by your payment provider will result in immediate suspension of your ZK999 account pending investigation.

05 Withdrawals

ZK999 processes withdrawal requests to verified Pakistani mobile wallets and bank accounts in PKR. The minimum withdrawal at ZK999 is Rs 500. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit for verified accounts, though exceptionally large withdrawals — typically above Rs 10,00,000 — may be processed in instalments over consecutive business days at ZK999's discretion.

Withdrawal Processing Times

Standard withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are processed within two to six hours. Bank transfers via IBFT may take up to one business day. ZK999 does not charge withdrawal fees for transactions to Pakistani mobile wallets. Any fees charged by your bank or payment provider are outside ZK999's control and are borne by the player.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals can only be made to payment accounts registered in your own name — the same name on your ZK999 account.
• A minimum of one deposit must have been made before a withdrawal can be processed.
• If your ZK999 account balance includes active bonus funds, the applicable wagering requirement must be met before those bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.
• ZK999 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, regardless of the amount.
• Withdrawal requests submitted on Pakistani public holidays may experience slight processing delays.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

ZK999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. Every promotion has its own specific terms which are published on the ZK999 Promotions page. The following general rules apply to all ZK999 bonuses unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your ZK999 account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is a multiplier applied to the bonus amount — for example, a 10× requirement on a Rs 5,000 bonus means you must wager Rs 50,000 before the bonus-derived balance becomes withdrawable. ZK999 publishes the wagering requirement for every promotion clearly before you opt in.

Game Contribution Rates

Different game categories contribute differently to the wagering requirement at ZK999. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each bet placed towards clearing the requirement. Live casino games and table games may contribute at a reduced rate, often 10%–20%. Some games — particularly those with a very low house edge — may be excluded from bonus wagering entirely. Bonus Expiry

All ZK999 bonuses have an expiry period, typically between 7 and 30 days from the date of crediting. If the wagering requirement is not met within the expiry period, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be removed from your account automatically. Your real-money balance is never affected by bonus expiry.

Bonus Abuse

ZK999 employs monitoring systems to identify bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk bets solely to clear wagering requirements, or using automated betting strategies designed to exploit promotional terms. Players found to be abusing ZK999 bonuses will have their accounts suspended and all associated winnings voided.

07 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the ZK999 platform — whether live casino tables, slot machines, crash games, Andar Bahar, esports betting markets or jackpot titles — are provided by licensed third-party game providers. ZK999 does not modify game outcomes, RTPs or payout structures. All ZK999 games run at their certified RTPs as published by the respective game provider.

Malfunction Policy

In the event of a game malfunction, system error or disconnection during an active game session at ZK999, the round in question may be voided and any stake placed during that round will be returned to your ZK999 wallet. ZK999 does not credit wins from rounds that cannot be fully verified due to a technical fault. This policy applies equally to live casino tables and RNG slot games.

Bet Acceptance

ZK999 reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet placed on the platform. This right is exercised in cases including but not limited to: bets placed in error, bets based on obviously incorrect odds, bets placed on markets that were inadvertently left open after an event's conclusion, or bets that ZK999 has reasonable grounds to believe were placed using an unfair advantage.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited at ZK999 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all associated funds:

• Creating more than one ZK999 account, whether personally or in collaboration with others.
• Using any automated software, bot, script or algorithm to place bets, navigate the platform or interact with ZK999 in any manner not available to ordinary players.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage over ZK999 or other players.
• Participating in any form of match-fixing, collusion or any activity intended to manipulate the outcome of a game or event at ZK999.
• Using funds derived from illegal activity to make deposits at ZK999 — money laundering through the ZK999 platform is a serious criminal offence and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Allowing or facilitating third-party access to your ZK999 account, including transferring or selling your account to another person.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing ZK999 customer support staff or other players on any ZK999 platform feature.
• Attempting to access ZK999 systems, databases or back-end infrastructure through any means not explicitly authorised by ZK999.

09 Responsible Gaming

ZK999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players on the platform. We believe that gaming should remain a form of entertainment and never become a financial burden or source of distress. ZK999 provides a suite of responsible gaming tools available to every registered player, accessible from your account settings at any time.

Available Tools

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on how much you can deposit into your ZK999 account. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling period.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the total amount you can lose within a set time period at ZK999.
• Session Timers: Receive automatic reminders or hard cutoffs when you have been playing at ZK999 for a set duration.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily restrict your ZK999 account for 24 hours, 7 days, 14 days or 30 days to give yourself a break from gaming.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your ZK999 account if you feel you need to stop gaming long-term. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for a minimum of six months.

10 Account Closure

Players may request the closure of their ZK999 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance — after deducting any active bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirement — will be returned to your registered payment method within the standard withdrawal processing time.

ZK999 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion. Reasons for ZK999-initiated account closure include but are not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe, suspicious betting patterns, or court order or regulatory instruction. In the event of a ZK999-initiated closure due to a breach of Terms, ZK999 is not obligated to return funds associated with the breach.

11 Limitation of Liability

ZK999 is not liable for any loss of data, loss of profits, interruption of service, or any other indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform. ZK999 strives to maintain platform availability at all times but does not guarantee uninterrupted access and is not responsible for service interruptions caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, power outages or third-party provider outages.

The maximum liability of ZK999 to any player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims is limited to the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits ZK999's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

ZK999 does not accept any responsibility for tax obligations arising from winnings. Players are solely responsible for determining and paying any taxes applicable to their ZK999 winnings under Pakistani law or any other applicable jurisdiction.

12 Amendments to These Terms

ZK999 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ZK999 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the ZK999 platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must stop using ZK999 and request account closure before the effective date of the amendment.
